چرا شرکت ها و سازمانهای ایرانی حافظه کوتاهمدت دارند؟
به دلیل مسیر نسبتا طولاتی رفت و آمد به محل کار و خانه معمولا از پادکست ها در طول مسیر استفاده می کنم . چند وقت پیش پادکستی از بی پلاس توسط علی بندری شنیدم که خیلی برام جالب بود .
موضوع پادکست کتاب “ایران، جامعه کوتاهمدت” اثر همایون کاتوزیان بود و توضیح میداد که چرا تاریخ ما پر از چرخههای تکراری است و چرا نهادهای پایدار در جامعه ایرانی شکل نمیگیرند.
اما چیزی که من رو مجذوب خودش کرد، این بود که این الگوهای تاریخی چقدر شبیه به چیزی بود که هر روز در سازمانهای ایرانی میدیدم و می بینم ؛ سازمانهایی که با هر تغییر مدیریتی، انگار حافظهشان را پاک میکنند و دوباره از نقطه صفر شروع میکنند.
این جرقه من رو به سمت مفهوم “حافظه سازمانی” و این سئوال کلیدی که چرا برخی سازمانها قادر به حفظ دانش و تجربیات خود هستند و برخی دیگر در چرخه فراموشی گرفتار .
متوجه شدم سازمانها و شرکت های ایرانی درست مثل جامعهای که کاتوزیان توصیف میکنه، اغلب “کوتاهمدت” هستند؛ تصمیمات بر اساس منافع لحظهای گرفته میشه و با هر تغییر، تاریخچه ارزشمند دادهها و تجربیات از بین میره.
